If I submit a photo, will it be posted?
Due to a high volume of submissions, we are unable to post every photo that we receive. However, if you don’t see your photo on the website right away, this doesn’t necessarily mean it won’t be posted. Sometimes submissions can take some time, so please be patient. If your submission never shows up, it is possible that it wasn’t posted because it contained potentially inappropriate, offending, or some other subject matter deemed not suitable for our website. Other times, photos simply aren’t posted for various reasons based on our discretion.
If I submit a photo, will I be notified when it goes live on the site?
Yes, when your photo goes live, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during the submission process.
I see my photo posted on your website but I didn’t submit it myself or give permission for someone else to submit. What do I do?
Because of the nature of the Internet, things like this do happen. If a photo of yourself, family member, etc., or one that you own the copyright to was submitted to our website and permission was not given, contact us right away if you do not approve. If you request that the photo be removed, we will do so as soon as possible. See our DMCA Agreement for more information.
How do contests, promotions, and giveaways work?
Exclusive photo submissions (photos of yourself, a family member, or cherished pet not posted on any other website) that get the most thumbs up and social media shares are eligible for any contest, promotion, or giveaway held on FunnyFacePics.com. Winners are determined by taking the top 10 performers during a contest, promotion, or giveaway period and entering them into a drawing. One winner will be randomly selected from the chosen 10. Winners will be notified after each drawing via the email address that was provided during the photo submission process.
